2. The competence check

3. The personal interview

Since you are in the selection now, we invite you to our office, for a first personal meeting.

4. Your conversation with the employer

After your interview, a competency analysis will be created that will help us to identify your qualifications in order to find a suitable job offer for you. As soon as this is done, we will send you straight to your well-deserved job interview where you get to know your new employer.
